Foreigner's Office of the District Warendorf

The Foreigner's Office (Ausländerbehörde) decides whether someone will be granted a residence permit (based on the decision of the BAMF on whether you were granted a protective status), a working permit or a so-called "Niederlassungserlaubnis", which is a unlimited residence permit, although there are certain conditions to be fullfilled and restrictions attached to it.
