The Right to Appeal Against the Decisions of Public Authorities

In general, you have always the right to appeal against the decision of a public authority. If you are unhappy about a specific decision of a public authority, it is important that you immediately contact the Refugee Advice Office and maybe even your lawyer. Often there are (short) deadlines for appealing against a decision. Your Refugee Advice Office can help you find out, whether an appeal against a certain decision makes sense or is at least somewhat likely to be successful. The Refugee Advice Office can help you find a lawyer as well.
