Welcome Guides (Willkommenslotsen) of the impulse e.V.

The main task of welcome guides (Willkommenslotsen) is to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in securing qualified workers. The programme addresses specifically recognized refugees, people with subsidiary protection or asylum seekers with high prospects of remaining in Germany. If you search for a job or a vocational training within an area of crafts (e.g. vocational trainings within the area of roofing, gardening and landscaping work, electrical engineering, laquer technology etc.), it may make sense to contact the Willkommenslotsen, since they have direct contact with companies that are searching for workers or trainees and are open towards employing refugees.
