If your asylum application is being rejected, it is important that you immediately contact the Refugee Advice Office and your lawyer. Often there are (short) deadlines for appealing against a decision of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. If the word "Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung" (information concerning possibilities of legal redress) is written on an official letter you received, you should also always contact the Refugee Advice Office. The administrative court is the addressee of an official appeal against the rejection of an asylum application.
