Integration Agency of Innosozial

Integration agencies provide support whenever there are problems due to people from different countries and origins living together. They support and promote the civic involvement of migrant's organizations. They fight against discrimination, support the intercultural opening of public and social institutions and promote civic involvement of migrants as well as for the interests of migrants. Several projects are being developed and implemented in cooperation with local citizens to reach these goals to improve the situation on a local level. For instance, Innosozial organises the annual city-wide festival 'Ahlen shows its colours!' to promote tolerance and openess towards its newest citizens. The next 'Ahlen shows its colours' takes place on the 2nd July 2017 from 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. at the Stadtpark under the slogan "Ahlen is your home- no matter where you are from".
